The Ruffneck Max is a "Fixed Height" system, which is the ideal situation for locations that are easily accessible to the public. It ensures against people tampering with adjustment of the rim height. In addition the design is built to withstand years and years of play. The pole system is constructed of 4 1/2" O.D. galvanized steel tubing. The direct mount rim system allows the rim to be directly mounted through the backboard and into the steel post. To add extra strength, the backboard is supported by two braces that extend out to it from the post. With all of the unique features the Ruffneck Max is the ideal outdoor basketball hoop.
Additionally, this hoop comes with a 36" x 54" aluminum fan backboard and an "unbreakable" fixed goal. This First Team system comes with a unique nose cone design to make mounting and installation of the backboard simple. In addition, the equipment is covered by a 20-year limited warranty.
